Make a Report with the Civil Rights & Compliance Office

Cal Poly's Civil Rights & Compliance Office takes reports of Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Harassment, Sexual Exploitation, Dating and Domestic Violence, Stalking, Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation very seriously. All reports made to the Civil Rights & Compliance Office will be addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.

If you are in immediate danger or require medical attention, please contact the police or emergency medical services at 911.

Most CSU Employees* who know or have reason to know of allegations of sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, discrimination and/or harassment based on a protected status, and retaliation are required to promptly inform the Title IX Coordinator/DHR Administrator. These Employees are required to disclose all information, including the names of the Parties, even where the person has requested anonymity. The Title IX Coordinator/DHR Administrator will determine whether such confidentiality is appropriate given the circumstances of each such incident.

*There are limited exceptions to the Duty to Report, found in the CSU Nondiscrimination Policy.
